1. Service Description
Waymarked provides a service to create custom printable maps from your travel photos. By using our service, you agree to these terms.
2. Photo Ownership
You retain full ownership of your photos. By uploading photos to Waymarked, you grant us a limited license to process them for the purpose of creating your map and hosting your gallery.
3. Payment
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. All sales are final once your digital map file has been generated and delivered.
4. Gallery Hosting
Your photo gallery is hosted indefinitely at a unique, unguessable URL. You can share this URL with anyone you choose.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
